- Send me a message that your invitation is ready to go and share he file needed for print.

I always suggest having another set of eyes check over your information and spelling just to be safe.
Printing will begin as soon as you message me letting me know that it is ready.

Shop Policies
Processing Time: For digital downloads, links are sent quickly after purchase for your access pretty much immediately. When applicable, For Custom Design Orders we will get you a draft within 1 business day or sooner. Please check Goimagine email to respond as soon as possible as not to delay your order.
Cancellation & Return Policy: There is no return on Digital Downloads due to the nature of the item, since downloads are automatic & available immediately.
Can I get a proof of a custom design order request before purchase?
The major portion of custom artwork is the time it takes to create, therefore we require a purchase first =) We have celebrity clients & major companies that we also require the purchase prior to proof, so we keep it the same for all clients, to be fair to everyone. We provide the proofs in order received in our email inbox =) Once you purchase your Custom Artwork, we will send you a proof =) You can ask for a revision if your proof is not correct =)
How long does it take?
Typically digital files arrive immediately right after purchase. For some options with a choice, we send the link of the choice you made quickly after purchase.
Custom Cartoon Art - How Does It Work
Does not apply to ship ready cartoon art. We start with the art before adding the wording which is usually a day or two for a pre-draft to see if we are on the same page with your request. Send us lots of photos :) After that we send the first draft of which you can ask for slight revisions that will be applied to the final draft. Keep in mind that this is a cartoon, so it will not be photo realistic. We have some pre-sketch and photo reference next to some of the the listings, so you can get a feel. The art will have characteristics that match the people and or pets, just not a photo realistic version. Upon acceptance of the art, the next step is to add the words, any background in our shop or plain if preferred, and color changes. There is no limit to word changes :)
