Get into the warm holiday spirit with quality handcrafted hand-poured 100% Ohio beeswax votive candles; along with the sweet natural aroma of pure beeswax (there is nothing like the sweet aromatic natural honey smell), and the beautiful glow when lit. The flame emits a bright light, the same as the light spectrum of the sun.
All our candles are handmade one at a time. Each votive candle measures approx 1 7/8" in height and 1 3/8" wide across the flat top, and weighs approx 1.8 to 2.0 ounces (individually). Burn time 12+ hours.
Beeswax burns clean with little to no soot. Beeswax is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable. Beeswax candles burn clean, which produces negative ions. The negative ions help pull impurities (dust, dirt, pet dander) out of the air, reducing the level of air pollutants and irritants in the air you breathe.

************** CANDLE BURNING TIPS ****************
Votives are NOT free-standing candles, meaning that they need to be burned in a proper heat-resistant votive glass vessel that is slightly larger in diameter than the votive itself; or they will fall apart. They are not designed to burn like a pillar but in a contained votive glass.
Burn your votive long enough to create a full melt pole across the top of the candle before extinguishing it to eliminate the possibility of tunneling.
Votive candles are meant to burn completely and will not contain their wax pool (vessel is necessary).
For best results: Keep away from drafts, small children, and pets. Never leave candles unattended.

How it’s Made
Beeswax candles are perfect for any occasion (party favors), that special moment, or even your table setting. Each candle is made from 100 percent pure beeswax, properly sized 100 percent cotton wick, and a metal wick tab. This tab provides a couple of things. One, it helps secure your wicking, so it wont float once the candle has liquefied. Two, the neck of the wick tab helps ensure that the flame does not reach the bottom of the candle container, cracking the glass.

Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. We will consider it a gift and no refund/exchange will be initiated.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (excludes shipping carrier damages).
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 72 hours of email
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
