20 oz wine glass with your personalization engraved into the surface. Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, couple gifts or any occasion! We can engrave your message, logo, monogram or even photos onto these high quality stemmed wine glasses. Our industrial-grade laser produces amazing results when paired with the experience and professionalism that Laser Inspired is founded on.
Glasses come individually packed in a gift box ready for wrapping. The gift box is then packed into a heavy duty shipping box to help prevent any damage during shipping.
The process from when you place your order is several days long before shipping. It can take about a week or so to receive your glasses. Once we receive your order, we will begin designing and working with the image/logo/text. If necessary, or requested, we will provide a proof of the engraving before putting it on the glass. The design period can take a day or two. The engraving and packaging will also take a day or two. Standard shipping can take 3-5 days. If you have a certain deadline you must meet, please let us know when you place your order, we will do our best to accommodate.
Our pricing is based on the amount of prep work and design required to produce a top notch glass that you will be proud to give as a gift (or keep for yourself!). Text only is the lowest tier and will likely not need any further action other than filling in fields above. Logo or graphic is the middle tier and will require a bit of graphic manipulation to optimize for this glass - a proof will be sent before production. Photos are the upper tier and take the most time to prepare. Please be prepared to be available for questions regarding your photos during the design phase (we don't want to delay production). A proof will be sent for your approval before production. Revisions, or multiple proofs may incur additional fees. Custom design work is also available, just ask!

Top: Font #, Your text / Middle: Font #, Your text / Bot: Font #, Your text.
Shoot for 3 lines with 14 characters on the top and bottom lines, and 18 characters on the center line - otherwise they will need to be shrunk and it may look funny or be less legible.

For Logos: Simply send us your logo along with any specific requests. SVG files are preferred, jpg, bmp, png or pdf will work as well.

For photos/images: Simply send us your image, logo or custom request. We will work with your photo to achieve the best result. Please send the highest resolution image possible - the better the image, the better the engraving. For people and pets, we will typically remove the background from the image - if you would like the background to be engraved, please let us know. We will reach out to you if we feel the image provided will not provide satisfactory results.

Meet the Maker
Would you believe my shop began with mealworms? During covid it seemed impossible to source mealworms for my ducks and chickens, so I started growing my own. Harvesting and sorting the mealworms was a time consuming task, but I found a smart system that used different sized 'filter' slots cut into acrylic. They had to be very precise and I learned the ones I was using were cut with a laser. I looked into the laser machines and immediately became inspired as to what they can do. It wasn't long before I took the plunge and bought my own machine. Laser Inspired was born! Countless hours of practice and trying all sorts of different combinations of materials, settings and functions, have honed my skills. Now its time to put this baby to work! I push the limits of my machine to achieve extraordinary results (being a perfectionist helps too!).
Currently I operate a CO2 laser that has the capability to cut and engrave nearly any non-metallic material. Shop Policies
Typical Sequence of an Order:
1. Place your order. Make sure to reach out if you have any special requests or questions. I will respond very quickly.
2. I will begin working on your item(s) and for most items, I will send you a digital mockup of your item to verify everything looks good. Your prompt responses are critical for timely production.
3. Actual production can take 1-4 days depending on the product. Many of my products have finish that gets applied after engraving which can take a couple days of drying/curing to be strong enough to package and ship. Please note the production time mentioned in the item description.
4. I package and ship your item(s) using the most efficient and cost effective means possible. Most of the time that is USPS Ground advantage which takes 2-5 days. Other shipping methods are available, select the appropriate one at checkout.
5. After you have received your item please leave a positive review with photos.
Mock-up/Changes Policy (where applicable)
Every item I produce requires a certain amount of design time and I have calculated the minimum amount of time necessary into each item's cost. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and the mockup process will insure that. Once you have accepted the mockup, no further changes can be made. I have to limit the number of mockups that I send in order to remain profitable and for most items that is 1 mockup and 1 revision. If you want to tweak the design or make additional changes beyond that there may be additional fees.
Returns/Refunds
Most items I produce are personalized and I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items. However, if your item arrives damaged and there is no sign of mishandling by the shipping company, I will make it right. I know how rough packages can be treated and I tend to over-protect my products for shipping. Damage as a result of the shipping company will require photographic proof of the item and the packaging in order to submit a claim to the shipper. This claim is submitted by you to the shipping company but I am happy to help any way that I can.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please let me know immediately, and I will take any appropriate actions to rectify the situation either by replacement or refund.
