Note - the number of pieces you receive may vary based upon the scent selected and the shape of the pieces but you will receive at least 0.50 oz of each scent you chose. Please keep in mind that this is meant to be a sampler set, therefore you MUST select AT LEAST 3 different scents per set. Orders of Sampler Sets for all the same scent will not be fulfilled. All wax melts are made from a coconut wax blend

Meet the Maker
Hi, I’m Jenn, the owner, maker and "doer-of-all-the-things" at Aromatae. I make scents for the home (candles, wax melts, room sprays, reed diffusers, incense, etc) that are unique and compelling.
Why Purchase from Aromatae?
Many of my scents are custom blends - unique aromas you can’t find in any other wax melts or candles from any other crafters or retail shops.
I source fragrance oils and other ingredients that are non-toxic, are California Prop 65 compliant ( i.e. do not contain harmful levels of known or suspected carcinogens), and are phthalate and paraben free.
I use sustainably sourced Beeswax (always from the US, and local to me in the Calif. whenever possible), along with coconut, soy and RSPO palm waxes.
I spend hours upon hours testing all my products for safety and performance. I'm 100% comfortable using these products in my own home. If I wasn't then I wouldn't sell them.
I'm continuously adapting my processes (production, procurement, shiping, etc) to reduce my business carbon footprint and I try to work with suppliers that do the same.
I incorporate re-usable, recyclable and biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
Aromatae products will bring a smile to your face because many of my product names are fun puns of my favorite tunes or quotes (like “LAVENDER Fields Forever” and “I’m GRAPEFRUIT For You”).

Shop Policies
Processing times: Processing time is currently 3-5 business days (Mon - Fri, not including holidays). This is the amount of time it takes me to prepare and package your order and deliver it to the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.). This does not include the ship time for your order which can vary based upon the level of shipping service selected at check out and the shipping service provider.
Shipping: Aromatae has no control over ship times. This control lies solely with the shipping company. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped and you can use that to follow up with the shipping provider if need be. Orders will be sent to the shipping address entered at time of purchase, no exceptions. This is for your safety to prevent fraud.
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted at any time up until your order ships. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. You must request a cancelation prior to receiving your shipping tracking number.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (you must contact me within 7 days of delivery in order to request a return) and must be mailed back within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. If your order arrives damaged, please document damage and contact me immediately so we can coordinate replacement product or reimbursement. The following items are not returnable (unless they arrive damaged); 1) customized/personalized items and 2) sale items
