Meet the Maker
I've worked with gourds since 2007. I was hired to work in The Gourd Gallery and this was my introduction to gourds. I painted the owners designs and then started making my own creations. I later purchased The Gourd Gallery. When the shop was forced to close I started doing craft fairs and creating many more designs. I continue to do craft fairs, posting on Instagram and Facebook where I will be in person. I enjoy painting all my designs and creating new designs. In 2024, my husband joined me in creating gourds. It's a family affair.
How it’s Made
Each puffin is created using a hard shell gourd. I use clay to add features such as beaks and tails. They are hand painted when ordered.
Gourds are a gift from Mother Nature. Each one is unique and varies in size and shape.
Each gourd is hand-painted, so no two will be the same.
This is why the one you receive may vary from the picture.

Processing Time:
All items are made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your item to me made and shipped. If you are ordering a large quantity then shipping will be delayed until all items are created.

Return/Refund Policy:
Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after delivery for any reason.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order to advise me of the return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Orders that fail to arrive or are damaged by the shipping provider may require you to submit a claim with USPS.
