Welcome! We create custom and made to order products for your little one and special occasions. Every product is hand-crafted with care. Please take a moment to review our policies below before placing your order.
Shipping & Handling
We ship anywhere in the United States, usually within 1–2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and UPS.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) ordered.
Please double-check your shipping address. Entering an incorrect address may delay your shipment. If a package is returned or needs to be re-routed due to an error, additional fees will apply.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! All online orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Return the product(s) unopened and unused with a copy of your invoice.
We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling).
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking costs.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Items

If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately.
