Meet the Maker
Hi there,
I am Aura, The creator and designer here at Aura’s Handmade Earrings.
Native of the Dominican Republic,I am the wife of a wonderful husband and a mother to two great kiddos ages 20 and 17. I am also a full time Dental Assistant.
I have been working with different types of mediums to create jewelry since 2008 and I go back and forth between Beads, Epoxy Resin and Polymer Clay.
I love learning new things so you shouldn’t be surprised to find my social media pages presenting things like handmade candles or soaps or Crochet and also lots of pictures about my family.
I love making things with my hands. I believe all things made by hands are unique and perfect.
I make everything by hand and items can take anywhere from 5 to 10 hours from start to finish .
I love being able to make fun pieces because life is just too short to wear boring earrings.

We start with high-quality polymer clay, available in a vibrant palette of colors and finishes. Whether it's a classic matte, a shimmering metallic, or a translucent effect, each clay type is chosen to ensure durability and a stunning appearance.
the polymer clay is carefully conditioned until it becomes soft and pliable, making it easier to shape and mold into intricate designs.
The clay is rolled out to the desired thickness. Creative designs are then cut out with precision using custom molds or hand-cut techniques whether it’s simple geometric forms or elaborate, detailed patterns.
Fine details are added using specialized tools. This can involve texturing, layering, or sculpting to achieve the intricate designs that define our earrings. Every piece is meticulously crafted to ensure that each earring is a work of art.
The clay pieces are carefully arranged on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and baked according to precise temperatures and timings. Once cooled, the earrings are inspected for any imperfections. Edges are sanded smooth, and any necessary touch-ups are made. A clear polymer clay glaze may be applied to enhance the finish and add a glossy shine, elevating the overall look.
Earring findings, such as hooks or posts, are skillfully attached. This step ensures that each earring is not only beautiful but also comfortable to wear. Jump rings and other connectors are used where needed, with attention to detail to ensure secure and elegant fittings.

1-:Product Description:We strive to accurately represent our handmade pieces through descriptions and images. However, please note that some variation may occur due to the unique nature of handmade items.
2-Ordering Process: Orders can only be placed through our website. Upon order confirmation you will receive an email with details including an order number. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
3-Payment: We accept various forms of payment including debit/credit cards. All transactions are secure, and customer information is treated with confidentiality.
4-Shipping: We aim to ship orders within one to two business days of receiving payment. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
5- Shipping Costs: These are calculated during the checkout process and depend on your location. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are responsibility of the customer.
6- Returns: We accept return of product. Customer have the right to request a return within 14 days after delivery of the product.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
7-Cancellations: We accept order cancellations before orders are shipped or the item produced. If the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
