These gold and purple chalcedony earrings are so pretty. They feature faceted purple chalcedony briolettes that dangle from diamond shaped gold plated filigree connectors. They are set with gold finish surgical steel ear wires and measure 2 1/4 inches long by 3/4 inch wide. The gold filigree connectors remind me of crocheted or tatted lace.

How it’s Made
I made these lovely earrings by first making knotted head pins with 26 gauge premium gold finish wire. Then I added the chalcedony teardrops, gold plated spacers and pink CZ beads, and attached them to the gold plated connectors with a wire wrapped loop. I attached the earrings to the gold finish surgical steel ear wires.
