What carriers and services do you offer?

I only ship to address within the United States. All packages are delivered by USPS.

How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it will ship?

All items are made to order they require a 2 to 3 business days to make before they are shipped out. I offer standard shipping 8 to 10 business days), expedited shipping (5 to 7 Business days) and express shipping (4 to 5 business days). I require signature confirmation for Express shipping please contact me if you wish to waive signature confirmation by adding a note to the order. Please keep in mind that this will void claims for any loss of the package as soon as the package is scan delivered in the USPS tracking.

Do orders need to be placed before a specific time?

I recommend to please order 2 weeks in advance or upgrade shipping at check out. All my items are made to order I take 2 to 3 business days to print, cut and pack. Some orders require 2 weeks for production. If you have any question please email info@rebbyspartystudio.com

Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries?

I only ship to address within the United States.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, please add all your items to the cart before checking out. In order to help you save please purchase all items in the same transaction some items require to be shipped alone to prevent damages to the item(s) these items will not be combined, shipping will be calculated at checkout. *Shipping CANNOT be combined if items are purchased in different transactions.

I have an incorrect address on my order, can you update my mailing address?

Please make sure that I get your correct mailing address since this is where the item(s) will be sent to. You can always contact me right away before the order ships to update your mailing address. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you had an incorrect address at check out and the order has shipped you will have to contact the post office or place a new order. I will not issue a refund for incorrect address.

Returns

Are there any items that are not returnable, such as sale items, or items that have been opened or used?

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders, sale items, final sales, made to order, used items, open items and digital downloads, unless there has been an in-house error. Custom orders would be considered a product that you have requested a specific blend of colors, embellishments, names, phrases, logo, etc; that is outside of what our regularly stocked products are. Custom orders may also include products that have custom names or sizes, even if the product itself is a stock item. If you are sent the wrong product we will correct the problem right away. Please email photos to info@rebbyspartystudio.com algo with your order number.

What is the procedure for return or exchange? How do customers contact you, and how long will the process take?

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Return must be approved before the item can be returned. Customers can email me at info@rebbyspartystudio.com; the return process depends on the time it takes for the buyer to return the item as soon as the item is delivered I will inspect the item before approving any refunds.

How long does a customer have to return an item?

Customer has 7 business days from delivery day to return new unopen items some items are not returnable.

Who pays to return items back to you?

Customer is responsible for return shipping and for any loss in value.

Do you offer full refunds, exchanges, or store credit?

Approved returned items will only be refunded the item price less the shipping cost.
