About this Product

This stand mixer cover features a light pink fabric with different colors of flowers as the main piece! The sides of the cover are quilted, as shown in the photos, and each pocket is a dark pink fabric. The accent rim on each pocket is a light blue, and I've placed pockets on both sides of the cover for added convenience! The lining of the cover is white with a variety of wispy vines and flowers, and is shown in the photo lineup. This product measures approximately 16 x 10 x 18"; also fits a 5-8 quart bowl-lift Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Note: You receive the mixer cover only; other items in the photo are simply props.

Please remember that color of the actual product may vary from pictures slightly due to different phone or computer screen calibrations.

Care Instructions: It is recommended to hand-wash all of my products for the best results. However, if you must use the washer, choose the gentle or delicate cycle ONLY! If you do not have one of these cycles, please hand-wash. Air dry your cover, do NOT put it in the dryer. A care instructions card will be included with your order.

Meet the Maker

It all began with a simple, home-made table runner. 

Every time I’d buy one at the store for my mom, it would fall apart in less than a year—whether from washing it (following the care instructions, of course) or just the complete lack of quality. After years of wasted money on store-bought table runners, I decided instead to try my hand at making one for my mom. I designed one that wouldn’t fall apart. Ever since that very first runner, I've explored everything from stand mixer covers to wall hangings to quilts of all sizes. I adore quilting and I love to design. Selling my products quickly became a passion. 

But in that very first moment I handed my mother my creations, and every time I sold to customers, I noticed the look in their eyes above all else. These were more than just “products” to them —  they were treasures. They brought pure joy into their hearts and comfort to their homes. That is what makes my own heart smile. From the excitement that comes when that package is “Out for Delivery”, to the moment it becomes part of your home, I want each of my customers to experience this light in their lives.

Our company handcrafts all products. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade. Also, please remember that color of the actual product may vary from pictures slightly due to different phone or computer screen calibrations.

Care for your new product(s):

* To keep your product pristine, please handwash and airdry. If you absolutely must wash in the washer, choose the delicate cycle on cold. DO NOT dry in the dryer—airdry only!

*Special note on the Mixer Covers: The lining of the cover is designed to pop out when washed to make sure it gets super clean! Simply push the lining back in before air drying.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* You dry your product in the dryer

* Machine washed on anything but delicate and cold

 

Please note that special care instructions are included for each item in your order! Neglecting to follow these care instructions is not a reason for a refund or return.

As soon as payment is received, I begin to process your order. Please note that I make everything by hand. If the item is in stock, processing times will be 1-2 business days. If the item is not in stock, processing time will be 3-7 business days. Currently, our company ships through the following carrier:

All packages are shipped as quick as we possibly can and with the greatest care. Ande G. Design is not responsible for lost packages.


Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

 

Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your order may still need 2-3 business days to fully process.

 


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns

Try me out! If my products don’t quite fit your style, feel free to contact me within 7 days of receiving the item for a Return request. Returns must be made within 14 days.

There are two options for returns: 1) You are welcome to return the product for a full refund. 2) If your product arrives damaged, you may keep the item at a discounted price (partial refund).

           Important: If your item is damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged area(s) and email the photo to me for my records within 24 hours of delivery.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

 

Refunds

In order to receive a refund, the item must be unused and in new condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank processes.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges:

At this time, I do not accept exchanges.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
