How it’s Made
The rainbow arch is made of six half-inch strips of colored transparent US-made Bullseye® glass topped with a layer of clear glass. This is the medium size arch with a length of 7.75". The first kiln firing fuses the glass together at 1490 degrees Fahrenheit into a flat bar that is 6 mm thick. A second kiln firing at a 1200 degrees drapes the glass over a ceramic mold into the arch shape. Once cooled, the base is diamond-ground so that it sits squarely. This item ships within 1 business day unless you are having it personalized (1 -3 weeks processing time).
