Sealed for Freshness Every cookie is heat-sealed to help maintain quality and flavor. We recommend enjoying them within 14 days for their softest, freshest texture. However, our in-house testing shows that the cookies can remain stable and enjoyable for 2 months or longer when stored properly — they may naturally firm up over time but still maintain a pleasant texture.
Decorative Add-Ons Sprinkles, fondant pieces, or candy eyes used on special designs are not sugar-free.

USPS CLAIMS: In the unfortunate event of damage during shipment, keep the cookies, any damaged pieces, and ALL packaging materials. To initiate a claims process, contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
Please note that USPS will retain all packaging materials, including the broken items (cookies) and any parts, during their inspection. If your refund is approved, it will be processed directly by USPS. While we can't guarantee USPS refunds, we'll do our best to support you through the process.
