Tutu Wash Instructions
- Hand wash
Hand washing is generally the least damaging method. You can wash a tutu in a bathtub, kiddie pool, or barrel with cold water and mild detergent. You can also add some dissolved Oxyclean to the water. Gently swish the tutu around, let it soak, swish again, then rinse well.
- Maintain shape
Try to keep the tutu relatively flat and maintain its shape while washing. For a classical tutu, you can hang it upside down to dry, and for a romantic tutu, you can hang it inside out.
- Spot clean
If you only need to clean a few spots, you can run cold water over them instead of getting the whole tutu wet. You can also use a washcloth made from a material that won't damage the tulle to gently rub dirt or makeup out.
- Dry
Hang the tutu indoors to dry, and it usually takes about a day to fully dry

We have a 5 day return policy on physical products. If it has been more than 5 days since you received your order unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

In a situation that an item is defective or damaged please email patchedembroidery@gmail.com so we can provide you with an order number. We suggest sending item(s) back with a tracking number via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Once your item is inspected we will notify you by email if your exchange or refund has been approved.
SHIPPING
Please allow up to 24-48 business hours after receipt of your payment for your order to be processed. You will be notified by email once your item has shipped. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be provided. Please check your spam folder.
There are two shipping options:
1) USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
2) USPS First Class Mail: 5-7 business days
