Lil' Bug Clothing Shipping and Return Policy My current turn around time to complete and ship out is an estimated 3-5 business days at this time. Normally though I complete orders sooner than later depending how busy I am. If you need something before then a $10.00 RUSH FEE will be applied. Please contact me first before ordering and I will see if its possible for me to get it to you by the date needed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of delivery date for an exchange or refund. Please note that I do not do returns on items that are personalized. Credits will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. Returns made after the 10 day return period, or are in unsellable condition are not returnable. Please allow me 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.
