Each unique piece is made using acrylic paint skins I made from various pouring techniques to create a stunning, one of a kind, pendant.

Welcome to Dream in Amber! Thank you for visiting my store. I’m an artist and creator based in eastern North Carolina. I take great pride in my craft as every item listed in this shop is handmade by me and all are extremely unique.
One of the wonderful things about purchasing handmade products is knowing that you get a one of a kind piece that’s made just for you!

How it’s Made
A mixture of high quality paint and a fluid medium is used in combination with a variety of paint pouring techniques to create a paint skin. Paint Skins can take 1-2 weeks to fully cure before they can be used. Once cured, the skin is then cleaned to remove any dust and oils. Then the glass cabochons for the jewelry bezels are laid out in selected areas. Only the most unique and high quality areas of the paint skin are chosen. The skin is then cut to the necessary sizes and adhered to the matching cabochon. This process takes 24 hours to cure, the cabochon is then adhered to a matching bezel and allowed to cure for another 24 hours. Once completely cured, the cabochon and bezel are wiped clean of any fingerprints or adhesive. The jewelry is then ready!
Shop Policies
Processing Time: All items already made have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Customized items may take up to 30 days to complete (unless otherwise stated or agreed upon with buyer and seller).

- Care Instructions:
- For Resin made items: Each resin piece is made with UV resistant resin but please AVOID placing in direct sunlight for long periods of time to preserve the quality of the resin and its design/coloring. Resin is NOT heat resistant so keep away from direct heat. Resin is NOT dishwasher safe, hand wash only with cool to warm water and a soft cloth. Resin is NOT microwave safe.
- For Jewelry: Please do not get your jewelry wet for an extended period of time.
- For Artwork: Wipe down gently with a dry microfiber towel as needed.
- FAQ's:
- What if my resin piece was exposed to sun/heat and becomes bendy? If you do happen to leave your piece in the heat/sun and it becomes bendy, immediately take it somewhere cool and it will harden again.
- Why do custom resin items take up to 30 days to complete? Due to the nature of resin and its curing process it can take some projects 30 days to fully cure and harden.
- Do you have an email? Yes, you can email me at dreaminambershop@gmail.com and I will generally respond within 3 business days.
- Where are you located? I am located in Eastern North Carolina, United States.
- Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer international shipping but hope to be able to offer it in the future.
- How long does shipping take? This will depend on the shipping method you’ve selected for your order. Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing. Holidays are a busy time of year, and most carriers experience some form of delay. That being said, if you haven’t received your order after 10 business days and it is currently in transit, please reach out to the carrier’s customer service. If you need help finding their information, feel free to message or email me for assistance and I will be glad to get you that information or help with filing a claim.

- What do I do if I never received my order? If your order tracking shows as delivered but you do not have your package, please contact the carrier’s customer service and file a claim. If the order does not show a shipping status within the estimated time frame of the product, please message me directly or email me at dreaminambershop@gmail.com.
- What are the shipping options? All available shipping options will be listed on the product page during checkout.
- Can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped, changes cannot be made to it. If you’re order is still processing and you need to make changes, please message me directly through this platform or email me at dreaminambershop@gmail.com.
RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund or an exchange when applicable. Please see below for more information on my return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition (or the condition in which they arrived), with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email me at dreaminambershop@gmail.com or message me directly to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the return has been approved and you’ve received your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with your RMA number included inside, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. I will notify you by email or direct message when your return has been processed.
