This is a stunning red aventurine necklace made with orange-red aventurine leaf-shaped lentil beads the color of butternut squash. They come together at the center with gorgeous large turquoise magnesite teardrop bead wire wrapped in sterling silver. The necklace is completed with round red aventurine beads and more turquoise magnesite beads and is set with a sterling silver S-hook clasp. The necklace is 18 inches long.

How it’s Made
I made this necklace by stringing the red aventurine leaf lentil beads to meet at the center turquoise magnesite pendant that I made with 24 gauge sterling silver wire, finishing with wire wrapped loops that attach to the aventurine strings. At the back of the necklace I added 4 mm knotted turquoise magnesite and 6 mm red aventurine beads to the lentil bead string, attaching the strands to the sterling silver S-hook clasp rings with French wire loops.
