These sweet retro looking flower plates are perfect for use as trinket dishes, tea bag holders, or to hold your coffee spoon. They measure about 3 inches across. The glaze is satiny smooth, with the unglazed flower in brown contrast. It is microwave and dishwasher safe, and the unglazed portion is perfectly safe to rest a spoon. These match the Retro Green Flower Mug.

Meet the Maker
Hello! I’m Carrie, the face behind Meandering Stream Ceramics! I took my first pottery class in January 2023, and was hooked. Now I need to sell some pieces to make room in my house, and to support my habit. ;) I’m often inspired by nature and the colorful world we live in.
My day job is teaching singing lessons! Music is my first passion. My husband is also a musician - we met in music school! Our family is rounded out with our 2 adult kids, and our rescue doggo Bailey. We live in the far west burbs of Chicago, but have family connections to Northern Michigan and Newfoundland, Canada. I am often inspired, and awed, by the beauty of where we grew up.
How it’s Made
These pieces were built by hand with brown clay. The flower stencil was applied before the glaze, then 3 layers of food safe glaze were brushed on by hand. Remove the stencil, and voÃla!
