About this Product

It also helps dogs in need because 5% of the proceeds will be donated to my local animal adoption center to help with unexpected costs from surgeries and medication. This original design was sublimated, a process that uses high heat and pressure. The ink used is toxic-free and permanent so it makes a great bag for trips to the dog park, pool, or gym. It measures 18.5 x 15 inches, with a 5-inch widened bottom and a 23-inch strap.

Hello! Welcome to Look Lenny Look, a socially conscious shop.
My name is Lourie, and my shop came to fruition in 2023 with the support and encouragement of my family and friends. The name of my shop is in memory of my sweet rescue dog, Lenny.
After working in the corporate world for the last 20 years, I decided to take some time for myself, with the support of the love of my life. I wanted to take this time and learn something new, so I invested in some equipment and started experimenting. I knew I wanted to create items that were functional or reusable and designed with causes that are important to me and millions of other awesome people. It was also important for me to use eco-friendly methods, so I opted for sublimation because the ink is non-toxic and permanent, and EasyWeed EcoStretch Vinyl since it is water-based and 100% recyclable.
I started by creating personalized items with my loved one’s rescue pets and received favorable responses. I have always been passionate about animals but after volunteering at my local animal adoption center, I was humbled by the employees, volunteers, and the love the community has for these animals in need. After two months of volunteering, I decided to foster a super cute pup named Roo. It has been an amazing experience and I encourage anyone who has considered fostering, to give it a try.
I am also inspired by nature and social issues and plan to create new items as often as possible so be sure to visit my shop from time to time. Most items can be customized or personalized to ensure you receive exactly what you are looking for.
Most of my designs are originals, however, I do get inspiration from amazing artists. Once an order is received, I print, press, and ship every item from my home. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, creating new recipes, and meeting new dogs.

How it’s Made
Once I have created a design, I make a copy using sublimation ink and special transfer paper. The design is then pressed onto the bag using a heat press. This process allows the ink to penetrate the material, leaving a permanent imprint.
Shop Policies
Shipping:
Production of custom and personalized items is a priority and starts within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
All items are shipped within 2-3 days via UPS or USPS and can take 2-5 business days to arrive once items are shipped. Tracking information will be provided, when applicable. Due to fluctuations in the speed of UPS and USPS, we are not able to guarantee an arrival date, but your items will be shipped on time.
Look Lenny Look is not responsible for damaged, late, or lost packages during shipment. Should you have an issue with your package, contact the shipping carrier.
If you require faster shipping, contact me once you have placed your order. I will provide additional shipping options and rates to get your items to you as soon as possible.
To help out the environment, I recycle and use eco-friendly shipping materials.
Payment:
All major credit cards are accepted.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe keeps your payment information confidential and secure. Look Lenny Look never receives your credit card information.
Cancellations:
Custom and personalized items are not eligible.
Exchanges, Refunds and Returns:
Custom and personalized items are not eligible. We ask that you double-check spellings, names, dates, punctuation, etc., since we produce items exactly as they are requested.
If there is an error on my part, contact me within 3 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, a high-resolution picture of the item, and the box it arrived in. If an item is deemed to be defective or the wrong item, Look Lenny Look will refund or replace your item at no charge.
