All period pads have in their core an ecofriendly PUL embedded in a 100% organic cotton fabric. To achieve desired absorptions for medium and heavy flows, additional layers of 100% organic cotton are added to the core of the pad, making each sanitary pad super absorbent.
Pantyliners are recommended for daily use to manage discharge or a light flow and can hold up to about 5 ml. Many people also use our panty liners as “back up” for their menstrual cups, just to avoid any possible spills from a full cup.
Medium Flow Pads are very absorbent and can hold up to 10 ml of fluid, which is twice the amount of a fully saturated regular disposable daytime pad.
Heavy Flow Pads, as the name implies, are for your days of heavier flow, they can hold about 15 ml of fluid. For reference, most extra absorbent disposable pads hold only 10ml.
All three varieties have, IN THE ABSORBENT SIDE, comfortable black 100% Cotton fabric. The NON ABSORBENT SIDE (that is the side that sits on the undies) has the print on 100% cotton fabric.
As with any menstrual pad, we recommend changing your pad at least every 4 hours, depending on your flow and needs. Each woman is different, you decide what is best for you.
Cloth pads are not prewashed. To activate absorbency, wash the pads before first use. Easy to Clean. After use, wash and dry at low temperature. Please refrain from using fabric softener or bleach when washing your pads.

How it’s Made
Our pads are handmade in the USA. Always handmade at our shop when ordered and never bought pre-made for resale. Our pads are not mass produced or imported. We use domestic materials when available and strive to work with small local businesses when possible. All the fabrics we use are made in the USA, including the organic 100% cotton fabrics, eco-friendly PUL, and the 100% cotton fabrics, except the ones with prints. Fabrics with prints are obtained through a large US company who most likely imports their fabrics.
Please keep in mind that because all fabrics are hand-cut and pads sewed individually, minor variations may occur.
