Garnet earrings are given for 2-year anniversary gifts. They are also given as January birthday gifts. Garnet is the January birthstone. When designing these unique earrings I used a carnelian, garnet, and pink stones. The garnet stones are small and flat. The reddish-purple tint of this stone looks nice next to the brightness of the carnelian. The carnelian stone is a puffed flat coin shape. The surface is faceted. The pink stone is also puffy and coin-shaped. This stone is speckled with shades of light green, tan, and brown. Together they are a fresh and sophisticated color combination. Because these are real stones, the colors of each pair of earrings will vary slightly. Approximate Length: 1 1/2 inches
