A microwavable heat wrap to put wherever the pain is for some relief. Knees, arm, neck and this one is a size 15" x 4 1/2". These are smaller than my regular neck warmers. They are made with rice and kosher salt(helps retain the heat). These are great for soothing sore muscles. Flannel material.
Microwave for approx. 1 minute in intervals of 30 seconds to get to the proper heat you want. Do not overheat as rice can burn.

I love to buy items Made in the USA and am hoping the items I make will be of interest to my customers. My first item I started with was scented stuffies and were my most popular item. Not a candle, but a scented stuffed animal that you sit out and can smell the aroma. Unique item. Then I started making other items from there and am loving every minute of it. I love all my grandchildren and I love animals and have rescued many.
