About this Product
I was playing with shapes and patterns in paper and one of my sons friends said "wow , that looks like the triforce from "Legend of Zelda." So I thought I would try it in steel. Instead of scissors and colored pencils, I used an angle grinder and a forge. Just like paper, except at 1800 degrees or so.
Each line is folded over and back, the center triangle was polished by hand, then heated for color. I went for a silky amber ,this time, to contrast with the rough black of the exterior.
This hand crafted dish works as a ring dish, candle dish, of a decoration in its own right. As I use a spray lacquer to preserve the shine I do not recommend it for food.
