Return Policy
Due to the intimate (health/hygiene) nature of jewelry pieces, I do not accept returns unless the piece arrives defective.
I can't accept returns for custom orders for any reason due to the personalization of the piece itself.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24-hours of purchase.
Shipping & Handling
I offer FREE shipping to all states in the U.S.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with a tracking number. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout.
Allow 2-7 business days for delivery of your order. Holidays may delay this.
Please provide all necessary information when ordering, and confirm it’s correct before placing your order.
Incomplete or incorrect information may delay shipping of your order.
I am not responsible for delays in shipping once the package arrives at the postal carrier.
All of my shipping products are made from sustainable materials and are 100% recyclable, and reusable!

Credit card payments are accepted through Stripe. Neither goimagine nor Austen Artistry have access to your credit card information.
