Rooted Relief Balm provides deep relief without harsh ingredients. Handmade with 99% organic and all-natural active botanicals like Methyl Salicylate, this small-batch balm soothes pains, bruises, sprains and bumps. Get relief that starts from the roots - with Rooted Relief Balm!
Organic Olive Oil is gently infused with Meadowsweet, Arnica, Pine and Fir Needles, and lovingly combined with the other quality and organic ingredients to reach deep and bring relief. Apply balm alone, or use a warm compress or heat pack to really sink it in.
Phthalate, hexane, dye, preservative and cruelty free.
Always use your best judgement when using products with essential oils and do not apply to mucous membranes.
Do not use if allergic or sensitive to Aspirin/Methyl Salicylate/Salicylic Acid.

* Small bumps may appear in products that use raw butter(s), it is perfectly normal and will melt onto your skin. This occurs most often during the summer months and in warm households when prone to sweating. Store in a cool, dry place for best results.
This product is anhydrous and does not contain water or preservatives. It should last up to 12 months or more from date of manufacture depending on storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry place and dispose of product if rancidity occurs. Do not get water in it; this could cause the product to mold.

Meet the Maker
Welcome! My name is Lexie and I am 33, a Christian, a self-taught Organic Skincare Formulator, a wife, and a stay-at-home mother of two daughters under 5. I also help my brother run his plumbing business as much as I can. The calling to formulate and sell my own skincare products came to me out of nowhere in Spring of 2023, and my goal is to further my cosmetic education by attending a Diploma program in Organic Skincare Formulation in 2024 and have a successful Indie beauty brand.
After a lifelong personal challenge with allergies to commercial skin and haircare products, and a complicated skin and hair profile, it was actually the suffering of my children that inspired many of my seedling products, such as, Bite & Itch, Rosebutt and Achillea Heal. Bad bug bites, bad rashes, and allergies to Neosporin/adhesives with little to no relief were the drive I needed. I finally have a skincare routine that works after giving up searching so many years ago! I wish I could share my creams and lotions with you RIGHT NOW, but I feel like I should undergo more formal stability testing before I can launch my favorite skincare line for sensitive, combination, allergy and acne prone skin.
Long story short, the products worked so well that we all fell in love with them, so we decided to open up LEXIE IN THE RAW to share these amazing formulations with you. I decided to change our lives through all-natural and organic formulation, and we hope it will change yours, too!
Shop Policies
1-5 days processing time, 1-2 weeks on custom orders.
Due to the sanitary and hygienic nature of cosmetics and skincare I cannot accept returns or refunds. In the special circumstance that your item is damaged, defective or is incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your product(s) to resolve the issue and read below.
If you intend on cancelling your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing said order or you will not be eligible to cancel.
RETURNS (Please read carefully)

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the product as you have received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
