Shop Policies
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Given the nature of handcrafted items, sales are final. Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted at this time.
If an item is received damaged, please contact me and include pictures within two days of delivery. I will try to correct the issue if possible. If return shipment is required, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Cancellations are only accepted within two hours of purchase.
SHIPPING
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct/current shipping address.
Free shipping is available on select items to the contiguous United States only. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are available at an additional cost.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are happily accepted with a 75% non-refundable deposit. The order will be shipped once payment is made in full.
WREATH CARE AND STORAGE
It is recommended that door wreaths and hangers be placed under a covered porch away from harsh elements. Direct sunlight may fade colors, thus applying a non-yellowing UV protective spray is recommended to prolong the beauty of your wreath. When not in use, carefully store your wreath in a wreath bag or container in a temperature controlled area if possible. Extreme temperatures may affect the longevity of your wreath.
