About this Product
Each of my pendulums are hand crafted and one of a kind. And as such you should treat yours as you would a fine piece of jewelry. They are quite delicate and cannot tolerate rough handling.
I've made this one with two rose quartz beads & silver spacer beads on a silver tone chain with another rose quartz bead & a rose quartz heart, leaf & Buddha beads for the anchor. The approximate length of this one is 9.5 inches long.
*** It is very important that you cleanse your new pendulum once you receive it. You may use the energies of the full moon, sage, smudge sticks or incense. ***
*** Do bear in mind that the following statements are for entertainment purposes only. Do not use to diagnose or treat any medical issues. Program your pendulum by asking it to “show me a yes” and wait for it to swing in a particular motion, do the same to for a 'No' answer, and wait for it to swing in a different motion. Not only is the pendulums is one of the oldest forms of divination, it is also one of the easiest to learn to use. But, please be wise when using your pendulum:
1) Don't allow others to use your pendulum, it is important that your pendulum connect to YOUR energies.
2) Remember, the answer that you receive may not be what you want, just accept it and try to refrain from asking the same question more than once.
3) Also, try to remember that the pendulum is merely a guide and do NOT depend solely on your results when making by important decisions.

USPS FIRST CLASS SHIPPING
Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail, with tracking. Item will be shipped to the address on your account - please be sure that's where you want it to go! Contact me if you require shipping to an address that is different from the one connected your account.
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when the package ships. I usually ship on Mondays & Thursdays. USPS First Class shipping includes tracking but does NOT include insurance.
NOTE: You as the buyer pay for any shipping upgrades - please send me a message if you want to expedite or insure your shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please feel free to contact me if you have a problem with your order. Descriptions and photos are as accurate as I can make them. Please READ the description as well as examining the photos. All measurements are a included within the description of each item. Measurements are in inches. If you have ANY questions, Please don't hesitate to ASK. I will happily answer them, before you make your purchase. If an item arrives damaged please let me know as SOON as possible. I will work with you to repair or replace the item. Please contact me IMMEDIATELY!
RETURN POLICY:
DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST.
If I accept return/exchange of the item; please follow these steps:
1. Please contact me with the reasons you are requesting the refund/exchange. He ready to provide pictures.
2. The item MUST be shipped back to me in the ORIGINAL packaging, using the same shipping method by which it was shipped to you. Please provide me with the USPS Tracking Number (found on your receipt) of the package. Buyer pays ALL Return shipping fees & they are NOT refunded.
3. Once the item is received by me, I will then make an exchange, repair, or refund.
