Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Custom & bulk requests may take longer depending on complexity.
Shipping
We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. You may receive a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping times vary by location, but typically range from 2–7 business days.
Custom Orders
We love creating personalized pieces! If you have a custom engraving request, feel free to message us before placing your order. Custom designs may require additional time and cost. The laser has a limited lifespan and I have to charge accoring to how much of it is used.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue.
