Meet the Maker
I create durable one of a kind crocheted rag rugs by up-cycling clean vintage fabrics that may be machine washed. Rag rugs are my creative passion. I take the time to do my very best work with each and every one, paying close attention to detail because I like all transactions to be honest and fair whether I am buying or selling. Trying to do my small part in not adding more fabrics to our earths landfills and oceans. I work with 100% reclaimed, recycle cotton/poly blend fabrics that are available to me in my area of southern Missouri. This is one of the creative skills that has been passed down from generation to generation.
How it’s Made
Made by re-purposing cleaned cotton polyester blend fabrics. All hand done from the scouting for fabrics to the photographing and listing for sale. I enjoy keeping a few less textile waste out of the earths waters and landfills and still in use. Made with careful attention to details as I like all transactions to be positive whether I am buying a handmade item or selling one.
