This cute pendant features a ruby in fuchsite heart cabochon that has been wrapped in copper wire. I created this piece by taking 4 pieces of 20 gauge round copper wire and connecting them at the bottom with 28 gauge round copper wire. The bail is made by weaving 28 gauge round copper wire around 2 pieces of 20 gauge round copper wire. The rose detail at the top is made by wrapping 2 pieces of the 20 gauge round copper wire around each other. This piece is handmade in Minnesota.

This piece measures 2" tall and 1.25" across and will come with a 21" braided black cord.
This piece is not oxidized but could be. The oxidization process is done by putting the piece in a mixture of liver of sulfur and water. I leave the piece until for 30-45 seconds and then I pull it out and clean it with soap, water, and a piece of steel wool. I make sure not to scratch the stone when doing this.
