How it’s Made
Who doesn't love plants??? Ruby and her background were created with many layers of paint. I begin with a base color, blue in this case and alternate layers of purple and blue on the background until I achieve the perfect texture and hint of bluish purple I desire. Ruby's yellow and green leaves are also many layers of color along with some pop of red. The pot and table are simple and fade into the background allowing the pure joy of Ruby to exude with happiness. No frame is necessary, as the sides are painted and she is ready to go. Ruby just can't wait to be hanging in your favorite little corner.
