How it’s Made
Our 20oz sublimated tumblers are crafted through a meticulous process to ensure top-notch quality and vibrant designs:
Material Selection: We start with high-quality stainless steel to guarantee durability and longevity. The steel is coated with a special polymer layer that allows for the sublimation process.
Design Preparation: We Then create unique, high-resolution artwork tailored to fit the tumbler perfectly. This artwork is then printed on a special sublimation paper using dye-sublimation inks.
Sublimation Process: The printed sublimation paper is carefully wrapped around the tumbler. The tumbler is then placed in a heat press, where it is subjected to high temperatures and pressure. This process transfers the ink from the paper to the polymer-coated tumbler, resulting in a seamless and vibrant design.
Cooling and Inspection: After sublimation, the tumbler is allowed to cool. Each tumbler is thoroughly inspected to ensure the design is flawless and the colors are vivid.
