Hi My name is Martiese and I have been an Event Decorator/Party Favor Specialist for 15 years. I love all things that are Party Related. I was on Etsy for 4 years and decided I wanted to have a different platform as well as my own website to sell on. I create backdrops, party favors, party templates and more. Due to the nature of custom personalized items and special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If there is a problem with your order:
- Buyers must contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- If the item was damaged, I will request a photo of the packaging and the item to show damage.
