Please use the drop down menu for choosing your size when ordering. If you need a size not listed, please message me. If you like a looser fit, add .25-.50 inch to the measured size.
I use quality, elastic string that is doubled to ensure strength and durability. I also pre-stretch it so the string will not stretch out after a few wears when handled properly.
Care instructions are shown in the pictures and a care instruction card will be included with your purchase.

I'm Penny, the heart and hands behind Pj Bead Designs. Nestled in the scenic beauty of Michigan, I share my life with my supportive husband and our two crazy bulldogs, Lincoln and Molly. My journey with crystals began in 2022, a transformative period as I was healing from breast cancer. It was during this time that I discovered the therapeutic virtues of different crystals and explored the creative possibilities they held.
This newfound passion blossomed into a love affair with jewelry making. The moment I crafted my first bracelet, I was hooked. I'm committed to selecting only the finest, ethically sourced crystal beads for my creations because I believe in the importance of integrity in every piece.
My mission is simple: to offer you a touch of serenity and a dash of style, helping to alleviate the stresses of daily life. Each design I create is infused with the hope that it will resonate with you, bringing a joyful sparkle to your day.

ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING INFORMATION:
I am committed to ensuring that your order is mailed promptly. By default, all orders will be shipped via Ground Advantage service with the United States Post Office.
PROCESSING TIME:
I will mail your order within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. In the event that an order is placed just before a holiday, it will be shipped on the next available business day.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom Orders are welcome. Please message me to talk about what you would like.
Please note, orders that require customization may take longer to process. I appreciate your patience as I strive to meet your specifications with the utmost care and attention to detail.
DELIVERY AND LIABILITY:
Upon handing over your package to the United States Postal Service (US Post Office), the transit and delivery process is out of my control. While
I cannot assume responsibility for any damage or delays that occur after the item has left my premises, I assure you that your order is packed with the highest standards to withstand the shipping process.

REQUESTS/ADJUSTMENTS:
If you see an item you like but you wonder if a change can be made, please message me.
I am able to make changes to add/remove a charm, beads or color. Custom requests are also welcome.
Please note that if your bracelet requires size adjustments because it does not fit properly, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of any/all shipping fees. To avoid this inconvenience, we strongly encourage you to accurately measure your wrist before placing your order. Should you have any concerns or require assistance with measuring, do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.
RETURNS:
At PJ Bead Designs, I prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your item, please reach out to me within 5 days of receiving your order to discuss return, exchange, or refund options.
You may return items within a 14-day window from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unaltered condition and unworn. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We will issue a refund for the full price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.
The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee, and the returned item must be sent back with a tracking option.
Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for returns. However, if your custom item arrives damaged, contact us immediately, and we will explore possible solutions.
Due to hygiene and health regulations, earrings are not eligible for returns. If your earrings are delivered damaged, please get in touch with us to address the issue.
EXCHANGES:
We offer exchanges within a 14-day period from the date of receipt.
Items eligible for exchange must not be altered or worn.
As with returns, earrings are not exchangeable due to hygiene and health reasons.
Before returning an item for an exchange, please contact us to arrange the details.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
The new item selected for exchange must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase. If there is a price difference, the customer is required to pay the additional amount.
