Hello and welcome! I’m Tiffany Bohrer, the heart and hands behind Tipsy Artist® — a joyful, faith-infused brand known for vibrant, impressionistic art with a signature touch of coastal cowgirl charm and pink-hued magic.
I create original paintings inspired by life’s beautiful contrasts — wild horses and ocean breezes, strength and softness, faith and freedom. How it’s Made
Behind the Brush: How I Create My Art
Each of my original paintings begins with a canvas, layered in vibrant acrylic paint and rich modeling paste to build bold, expressive texture. I use a combination of brushes and palette knives, allowing for a dynamic range of movement and depth. This mix of techniques gives each piece its signature style — full of emotion, energy, and tactile beauty.
Once the original painting is complete, I carefully photograph the artwork to preserve its color and detail with professional accuracy. From that image, I create a fine art archival giclée print, sized at 8x10 inches and formatted on 8.5x11 premium paper. The extra border provides space for safe handling and allows the customer to mat and frame the piece with ease and preservation in mind.
Each print is personally signed by me, and then sealed in clear protective cellophane, accented with a Tipsy Artist® logo sticker and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity — ensuring its place as a treasured collectible from my studio to your home.
This process blends craftsmanship with heart, allowing each collector to own a beautiful piece of art that honors the spirit of the original.

No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please double-check your size, style, and product selections before purchasing.
Changing Orders in Process
We begin production immediately after your order is received. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or change product details (such as piece, size, style, or frame) once an order is submitted. We kindly ask that all order details are confirmed at checkout.
Guarantee / Damaged Product Replacement
We guarantee your order will arrive in beautiful condition. Damage is rare thanks to our careful and layered packing process. However, should your item arrive damaged, we’ve got you covered.
We insure every shipment through USPS Priority Mail Insurance. If damage occurs:

We will assist you in submitting a USPS claim and provide a replacement of the same item after the claim is successfully processed.
Photos are required for claim approval and replacement processing.
