Hi, I'm Nancy. I have been weaving stories through yarn for over three decades. A retired marine biologist turned full-time fiber artist, I draw inspiration from the ocean's ever-changing palette, incorporating subtle blues, misty grays, and sandy beiges into my intricate shawls and sweaters. When I'm not teaching knitting workshops at the local community center or experimenting with new patterns in my sun-drenched home studio, I can be found beachcombing for sea glass, which helps me envision new color combinations for my work. My signature "Tidepool Collection" features delicate lace patterns that mimic the swirling forms of sea life, earning me a devoted following in my coastal community.

Shipping & Handling
We ship anywhere in the United States, usually within 1–2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and UPS..
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) ordered.
Please double-check your shipping address. Entering an incorrect address may delay your shipment. If a package is returned or needs to be re-routed due to an error, additional fees will apply.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! All retail orders come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Return the merchandise with your sales receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling).
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations

We aim to fulfill orders quickly. If your order has already been packed, we cannot make changes.
All canceled orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking costs.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Lost Items
For incorrect or damaged items, please save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
If you suspect your package is lost, contact us immediately.
Failure to notify us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had to resolve the issue.
