Meet the Maker
I learned how to knit when I was 8 years old. I wanted to knit clothes for my dolls, and my mother gave me needles and some yarns. I enjoy making knitted toys, especially stuffed small animals.
My sister was always fascinated with people using pottery wheels. She likes the clay's softness and malleability. The clay doesn't' always do what the potter wants. Finding the balance between her hands and clay's plasticity is almost a Zen moment for her!
How it’s Made
The festive ornaments were hand knitted in a smoke free environment. I knitted with mixed yarn (acrylic, wool). Some items have plastic safety eyes, plastic buttons. Stuffing is polyfill.
