Hi there,
My name is Pattie and I'm the creative mind behind Homestead Redesign. I started my creative journey when I was very young at my grandparents dining room table. I have done everything from refinishing furniture to dollar tree crafts. I have found my passion in working with wood and tools. I love to take things apart and remake them and Redesigning them. This little business started when my husband and son bought me a silhouette pro and told me hey you should make a Facebook page and show people what your doing. Shortly after that I bought a laser and am now focusing my time on that. I love everything from making files to cutting and making the items. I forever have either saw dust or paint on some part of my body or clothes. I have made many custom projects for people and I think that's one of my favorite things to do. We do not offer refunds or returns. If you ever have an issue with your order please reach out and let me know. I will try my best to come to a resolution we are both happy with.
Please make sure that anything that is personalized or customized you check ALL spelling and grammar. If you approve a design with mistakes we will try to offer some type of resolution but ultimately the design was approved by you and we can only do what was approved. With that, I love my customers and want to make products and items that have meaning for them and things that they will keep and treasure for years to come so, my customers satisfaction is number one.
Note most of my items have a 1-3 day production time. Some more detailed and involved work takes 3-7 days. of production time. Shipping time is usually 3-5 days for USPS ground shipping please be aware it could take longer during peak seasons.
I do offer custom products and would love to know what you would like. If it is something outside of my skill set or my machine capabilities I might have to decline the offer. I am always willing to test my limits.
I will offer bulk pricing for items that have no variations and with a quantity limit.
