Shipping policy:

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1--3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays but can be shipped on weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will also be provided at checkout, based on the shipping method you choose. You may receive tracking updates as well.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mystic Garden is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Mystic Garden is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Once you have done the first step please send us a message and we will replace your item with a similar product. Because each item is unique, (handmade) no two items are exactly alike.

Return Policy: 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window: You have anywhere from 14-30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Unless otherwise specified on a specific listing.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at pinkcloverlee@mysticgardendesign.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
