Handmade Process:
- Each dish is shaped on the pottery wheel with speckled clay.
- Slowly dried to a leather-hard stage for trimming and refinement.
- Fully air-dried before bisque firing at 1855°F (1013°C) to create a porous form.
- Hand-glazed and prepared with wax resist before a second firing at 2165°F (1185°C) for vitrification.
- Fully durable, non-porous, and made with attention to detail.
