The "Patsy" scrunchie is named after a favorite singer from my youth.
These hair scrunchies are L and are meant to tie two or three times around your hair depending on hair thickness.
Our L elastic scrunchies measures between 8-10 inches and the fabric is approximately 3+ wide and length is approximately 28"" long.
This fabric is made of semi transparent polyester.
Wear as a casual thing or dress them up depending on what type of print or fabric you choose. Or have this as an addition for when you go boating.
