As a lifelong artist and passionate Disney aficionado, my journey began with a spark ignited in the whimsical wonderland of Disneyland. It was there, surrounded by the magic and joy of the park, that I fell head over heels for Mouse Ears. Naming my shop was a beautiful homage to my three granddaughters—Audrey, Luna, and Layla—who inspire me every day. They remind me of the importance of imagination, fun, and unrestrained creativity. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Many items are made to order, but if an item is already created, I strive to ship it even sooner, often within one business day.
If I am out of town over a weekend, I will mail your item as soon as possible upon my return.
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, postal delays or transit times are beyond my control. Please refer to your tracking number for estimated delivery updates.
To avoid disappointment, please place your order well in advance of any event or travel date. I do not personally guarantee delivery times.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Due to the handmade and personal nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy ensures the sanitary and exclusive nature of your purchase. However:
If there is an issue with your item upon arrival, please contact me within 2 days of receiving it, and I will do everything in my power to make it right.
In the rare event that we agree upon a return, the item must be shipped back within 5 days of the return agreement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a physical defect that was missed during the initial inspection.
