Shipping & Returns

I inspect every order before mailing them to assure they are exactly what was ordered as well as make the packages and ship each order.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.  Returns are only accepted if it was damaged in the process of delivery or if the wrong item / product was sent out; meaning wrong color, wrong item, wrong size etc. PLEASE SEE EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS for more detailed instructions on returns. The purchase must be sent back as it was packaged to you if it is excepted to be returned. Notice on other possible return items if accepted to be returned; Must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at beaditsewitsellit@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address on  your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at beaditsewitsellit@gmail.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days minus shipping and re-stocking cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at beaditsewitsellit@gmail.com.

Shipping Policy

  • Estimated delivery times are just that estimated and are nor guaranteed unless you upgrade to 1-2 day priority express hipping at checkout.

  • All orders are shipped in 1-4 business days of when the order was received.

  • Shipping transit speed is determined by the postage that you choose at checkout and is determined by the US Postal Service.

  • Please place your order (s) in advance of your occasion date if you need things on a specific / certain date of event. All Postal delays are out of my control and can NOT be predicted.

  • No delivery times or dates are guaranteed by our company personally! This is out of our control.

Are Shipping Times Guaranteed?

No, those are out of my control. Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and while we ship everything as quickly as we can, the control over the date that a package will arrive is out of control. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office we have very little control over the information we can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they will have the most updated information.

Can I Get A Return Shipping Label?

The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns. We don't provide return shipping labels unless the item was defective to begin with. Please read the description of the item before purchasing to verify sizes and quantities.

How Much Will My Refund Be?

For items that shipped free, any returns or exchanges will have the actual post office cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount except in the case of items that were received damaged. To verify damage you will need to provide pictures of the item and the packaging so that I can potentially file a claim with the post office.

I didn't Get My Package, Can I get A Refund?

If you didn't receive the package, but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address, they won't be able to help you.

In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can't find it, we are unable to refund. You should file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft. Please contact me if this is your situation so that we know what's going on!.

If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please contact us and we will arrange a solution.

The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates and although we ship all orders as quickly as we can we have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office we have no control over the date a package will arrive. Please take post office shipping time estimate into account.
