Adorn your house or garden with this hand painted wooden nautical oblong seashell shaped wind chime! Made from premium quality, durable wood, this wind chime has a white background with purple dot art that's identically painted on both sides. Not only can this wooden wind chime beautify your home indoors, a sealant was applied overtop the acrylic paint, which will allow for use outdoors. At the top is a jute rope hanger and at the bottom, 3 pink metal chimes are tied in place with silver line. If you're wondering if it actually chimes in the wind, I can assure you it makes the most melodic little tinkling sounds!

Meet the Maker
Greetings! My name is Candis and my wonderful husband and I are the makers of our items in Crafts By Candis. A couple of years ago, I started making crafts with wine bottles. The first one was just a paint it, hang a Christmas sled on it, add a topper and voila - done! Then it progressed into making other kinds of decorative Christmas bottles and then beach themed bottles. In addition to giving new life to empty bottles, we now make our own wooden sleds to adorn the bottles with and laser engraved coasters. Coming soon will be laser engraved wooden clocks and whimsical wooden flip flops.
A little about us ~ For the past few years we have been empty nesters and we currently full time in our RV. We have 2 sons and one grandson! It's minimal living and gives us so much time to visit family, enjoy the outdoors, go golfing, watch lots of sports and make our crafts together. Just recently we became the proud parents of 10 acres of Nature Paradise - raw land! So eventually we will be back in a house that we are building ourselves. Lots of work but it's so rewarding!
I come from a Sales & Marketing background and have dabbled in some different markets - first with hotels, then RV's and lastly self storage properties. I have recently found my dream job (working where my husband works) as an administrative assistant - absolutely love the job, the company and the co-workers, not to mention the additional time I get to spend with the hubs.

How it’s Made
I started with precut wooden oblong shaped seashell and used acrylic paint to apply the white base color and the dot art designs in purple. Tools used to create the dot art designs are toothpicks, ends of paint brushes, dotting tools and q-tips. After the paint had dried, I applied a coat of sealant to protect it. I tied off the jute rope at the top to create the hanger. At the bottom, I tied the metal chimes with silver line.

SHIPPING POLICY: We try to ship within 3-5 days. We are not responsible for any delays after item has shipped.
RETURN POLICY: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For returnable items, they must be returned, at the buyers shipping expense, within 30 days of delivery. Customized and/or personalized items are non-refundable. Exchanges are not available on items.
For items that are broken upon delivery (broken by no fault of the buyer) the buyer may be eligible for a full refund. Photos of the packaging and item(s) will be required within 7 days of delivery.
