We take pride in using a high-precision laser engraving process to etch your selected design directly onto the surface. This isn’t a surface decal or print — the image is burned into the bamboo with exacting detail, ensuring it won't peel or fade over time.
During engraving, the laser beam delicately removes a thin layer of bamboo, leaving behind a permanent, rich contrast image. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days for non-custom orders. Custom orders dependent on the level of detail may take up to 2 weeks.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
$5.00 Flat Fee Shipping on all items.
We are not responsible for delays while in the shipping carrier’s care.
Refunds will not be given if delays cause an extended delivery time frame as these are situations that are out of our control and cannot be predicted nor prevented once the order leaves our hands.
If an order is lost in transit you may file a claim with the chosen shipping carrier for package reimbursement.
