This is a wine sleeve bag made from shimmery green cotton fabric and painted with a cute Gnome design that has the words "Cheers". This is also layered with the same fabric on the inside. It comes with a green cord to tie around the neck of the bottle. It stands 14 1/2 inches tall and will hold a wine bottle or champagne bottle. This would make a great gift to family and friends.
