How it’s Made
Each butterfly bag charm is carefully handcrafted with precision and passion. The design begins with two silver-plated butterfly charms, which are complemented by a carefully selected combination of green and pearl glass beads. These beads are individually threaded onto strong wire, ensuring durability and a polished finish. The assembly is completed by attaching the beads to the butterfly charms with secure connectors and a high-quality clip for easy attachment. Every detail is meticulously placed to ensure a smooth, beautiful, and functional end product.

REFUNDS and CANCELATIONS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Money will be refunded after the product is returned undamaged. Not including shipping and handling costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You must notify me immediately upon receipt of your item if you have any concerns or exchange requests. Please do not return your items without first notifying us via the conversation option in our shop.
If an item arrives broken or damaged, I will refund upon return of product. You must provide proof of package damage and product damage for refund. I will consider on a case-by-case basis for eligibility of refund.
Cancellations are accepted before 24 hours has expired. After 24 hours cancellations are not accepted
SHIPPING
I live in Oregon, and it can take a minimum of 5-10 days to get anything across the USA. Be sure your address is correct within your account as that's the address that will be printed on the shipping label. Should the address be wrong and your order is returned to me you will need to pay the shipping to have it resent to you.
Once the payment has cleared your order will be processed within 2-5 business days.
If you package says delivered, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Contact the USPS or your local law enforcement for further assistance depending on circumstances.
