About this Product
Rare and eye catching, this wire wrapped pendant is uniquely designed to be a wearable work of art. Colors of green-blue and black set in a backdrop of snow white Quartz give it a dramatic earthy look. The minimal wire on the stone lets it show off all of its fantastic colors and patterns.

* Wire wrap pendant measures 2 1/2" ( 65 mm) x 14/16" ( 22 mm)
* Bail is 7 mm which will fit a chain or cord up to 6.8 mm in diameter - Chain not included with pendant
The cabochon is one that was made for me by a good friend after a trip to an old copper mine long since closed. I picked up several pieces of rock but only a few of them were suitable for making cabochons for jewelry. This one made the cut.
There's only one! Each wire wrapped pendant I create is unique and as individual as a fingerprint. Natural gemstones vary in colors, sizes, and shapes with no two being exactly alike. I hand wrap each piece with high quality wire letting the stone tell me how it wants to be wrapped.

Meet the Maker
Hello, my name is Diane and I am the owner and artist of Artisan Rockhound. I started out as a Rockhound (a person who searches for and collects rocks and minerals as a hobby) and became an Artisan (a skilled craft worker who makes or creates material objects partly or entirely by hand). I still love rockhounding and do it any chance I get plus I enjoy talking about rocks to whoever wants to listen.
Everything I sell is made in my Arizona, USA workshop with an emphasis on quality over quantity. The leather pouches I make with high quality Elk and Deer hide that I hand pick from various vendors. I use only glass beads, natural gemstones, metal, and authentic antler/bones as embellishments. All my products are proudly made in the USA. Each one is a unique one of a kind work of art. My products are already made when they enter the shop so they are ready to ship as soon as you buy them.

How it’s Made
I started with a cabochon cut by my friend and lapidary expert then using simple tools and my hands I wrapped it in Sterling Silver Wire to make a pendant.
