About this Product

Found in nearly every culture throughout history, from predynastic Egypt to the trenches of WWI, the mace is the simplest if not the most blunt way to engage in close battle. Our intrepretation features a brass head based on a Slavic design, hailing from the 13th or 14th century, and hand forged for us in Spain.

Thos mace measures 22 inches and is made from a lovely piece of sturdy Ash, with a handcarved grip. An elegantly simple piece that belies its rugged durability.

Hand carved "shelf cat" — what a charming design! Mine is in burl and I adore the rustic/modern vibe of this sleek little critter. The cat is about 7" long and will rest upon a bookshelf. Promptly shipped and carefully packed.
