Made from .093 (3/32" | 2.38mm) thick acrylic material, the gauge is crystal clear and can be used on all types of leather or other materials for marking.
Everything about this gauge is designed for accuracy, with a 1/8" | 3.175mm ruler running along each side. You can always perfectly match your belts or straps to this measurement, and there is a dashed center line running from the center of each slot cut out to align it perfectly with where to start your adjustment holes.

How it’s Made
The slot gauge is crafted from high-quality, crystal-clear acrylic material with a thickness of .093 inches (3/32" or 2.38mm). The manufacturing process involves precision laser cutting to ensure accurate dimensions for the various slot sizes and ruler markings. The gauge is designed with multiple slot cutouts, each carefully sized to common belt and strap dimensions, including 1/4" (6.35mm) and 1/8" (3.175mm) openings. Along the edges, a 1/8" (3.175mm) ruler is etched or engraved for additional measurement capabilities. The center of each slot cutout features a dashed line, which is precisely aligned and etched into the acrylic surface. This line extends to guide proper placement of adjustment holes. Both metric and standard measurements are incorporated into the design, ensuring versatility for users worldwide. The final product undergoes quality control to verify the accuracy of all measurements before being packaging.
