Packaging, and Gift Wrapping

• Each order is gift wrapped. Your purchase will be carefully packaged in a boxed with crinkle paper, tied with a ribbon, and placed in a bubble mailer. 

• I prioritize checking each order before shipping to ensure my customers received the item that was purchased.

Metallic Materials, and Care Instructions

• The chain and hook is made from sterling silver. This material  is hypoallergenic, durable, and doesn’t rust.

• Avoid humid or moist environments, rough surfaces, and chemicals to prevent tarnish. (Ex. Shower, pool, etc) 

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped in 1-3 business days of the order being received.

• All free shipping is Ground Advantage. For quicker shipping speed, upgrade to priority at checkout.

• Shipping transit speed is determined by the postage you choose at checkout, and is determined by the US postal service.

• Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless you upgrade to 1-2 day priority express shipping at checkout.

• Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the post office, not when the order is placed.

• Postal delays are out of my control and can't be predicted. If you need your order on a specific date, please place your order in advance of the date..

• I’m unable to guarantee any delivery times due to it being out of my control.

  Returns Policy.

• I only accept refunds if the product was defective. Damage caused by customer mishandling isn’t a defect. 

• If the product was damaged during shipment: I require photos of the item and the packaging, so I can potentially file a claim to the post office.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected when I sent the order.

• Buyer must contact me 48 hours after the package delivery if they have a problem with their order.

•  All returns must be shipped within 14 business days of me agreeing to the return.

I Didn't Get My Package, Can I Get A Refund?

• If you didn’t receive your package, contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners. They can see the address to which the package was delivered. If they made a mistake they will help you get the package back. 

• I cannot give a refund if the package was delivered to your address, but you're unable to find it. 

• File a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft. 

• If the package wasn't delivered, and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please contact me and I will arrange a solution.
